Johnny Chan (John Leggott→LSE)

It was a last-minute decision made to study in the UK, yet HKIES is experienced and swiftly recommended John Leggott College based on my needs and academic performance. The application process was smooth and the place was quickly secured.

I enjoyed the time studying at John Leggott College with the friendly host family I stayed with. The teachers' academic support is a critical factor for my success in entering the LSE to pursue my desired profession to be an actuary. I remember the one time I was stuck with a math problem the teacher was patient and took the time to explain after class.

It was clear that the teachers at JLC emphasis on us understanding the concepts
taught more than just doing well in exams. Big thanks to both HKIES and John
